The year 2020 was tumultuous year for all, It had it’s fair share of ups and (what seems like an avalanche) of downs as we look back. We take a look at select number of projects that had their share of challenges for us to overcome, but were ultimately met by our Team.

- These globe trotting developers have properties all over Europe. After recent visits and even getting married in the beautiful Zimbali estate, these developers have gotten the taste of the African sun and gorgeous shoreline. They are now seeking to make our shores their permanent address.
- Hammersdale
- This was a proposal for a conversion of a defunct local pub, into affordable cost accommodation, in the town of Hammersdale
- Nyanya Resort
- An ambitious yet beneficial project for its community, this mega development tells a inspirational story of its humble beginnings and highlights by its newly proposed plans that it plans to be at the forefront for millennia’s to come. A truly inspiring story.
- Mtimande Student accommodation
- Mndeni Zulu homestead
- This was an interesting project as we had to propose a modern interpretation of traditional and symbolic form of South African / AmaZulu architecture
- Hartbeespoort
- A story of mirror/ mimicry in architecture, though unique and original in its design. The plans and facades mirror/ mimic one another, creating this beautiful design.
Our ethos, being that of providing innovative works and processes in the built environment also dictates that we do not neglect the sometimes-forgotten social embodiment aspect of the services that we provide. Therefore, as we move forward we intended to broaden our design philosophy expanding on inclusivity, giving us the ability to provide a more socially responsible service where spaces and processes are conducive and are of meaning. In this manner we aim to achieve a constant state of symbiosis with the ever-so changing way of life, constantly bringing up questions of how we can further stimulate the interaction with the realm in mind, body, and spirit.
